He began his career as a Mechanical Fitter, Steel Erector, and Boiler Maker, and progressively advanced through various roles including Site Foreman, Site Supervisor, Site Superintendent, Site Manager, Construction Manager, and Project Manager. Moses has distinguished himself as a reliable and results-oriented individual, consistently delivering exceptional outcomes on challenging and diverse construction projects across Africa.

Moses Nketia's expertise in construction management is extensive and diverse. His comprehensive knowledge encompasses all aspects of the construction lifecycle, from project initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and successful completion. Moses possesses a keen eye for detail and a strong ability to coordinate the efforts of multidisciplinary teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and optimal project outcomes.

Deon has amassed over 22 years of experience in the construction industry, honing his skills while working for a renowned JSE-listed company. He is results-oriented, passionate about fostering relationships, and driven to achieve business objectives while successfully delivering projects across various industry sectors in Africa. Deon has managed multicultural workforces in both SMPP (Structural, Mechanical, Piping, and Platework) and E,C&I (Electrical, Control, and Instrumentation) disciplines, prioritizing safety above all else.

Throughout his career, Deon has undertaken projects in South Africa, the UAE, and African regions such as Ghana and Sierra Leone. He has consistently delivered projects on time, within budget, and with exceptionally high safety and quality standards.

Deon's career journey began as an Estimator, and he progressed through various senior key roles, including quantity surveying, cost engineering, planning and scheduling, procurement, logistics, project, and operations management.

Deon's commitment and dedication to all stakeholders ensure that any project he oversees is treated with the utmost regard for exceptional service delivery.

Carl embarked on his professional journey in 1995 as a Quantity Surveyor in the mining and engineering services sector. Since then, he has held various progressive roles, consistently leading successful project executions for companies within the mining and industrial services sector. Carl dedicated a significant portion of his career to a JSE-listed construction company, where he served as Project Director. Later in his career, he successfully established and operated a Capital Projects division for a company focused on mining and industrial construction development projects in West Africa.

With a wealth of industry experience, Carl has overseen multiple projects in challenging and remote locations, spanning Botswana, the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), Ghana, Mozambique, Namibia, Sierra Leone, Tanzania, and South Africa. These projects encompassed small, medium, and large capital endeavors, from initiation to execution completion, across a diverse range of commodities, including aluminium, coal, copper, diamonds, gold, platinum, rare earth minerals, and uranium.

Carl's passion lies in people and performance, and he leverages his relationships to ensure successful project delivery aligned with clients' requirements. He thrives in dynamic environments, utilizing his extensive experience and entrepreneurial mindset to drive business development towards achieving operational excellence.
